How it works

Monday to Friday with Badgy

No hardware to install, no time clock to mount on site. Just your workers' phones and a browser at the office.

  1. 1

The day you start · 2 minutes

    You invite your team

At the office, in Employees, click Invite. Badgy creates a code, valid for 7 to 30 days, for one person, the whole team or a subcontractor's workers. Send it by text or WhatsApp.

The worker installs the app, types the code and picks a password. You never see it.

    Marc clocks in on arrival

He opens Badgy: Résidence Les Tilleuls comes first, it's the nearest site. His trade, Electrical, is already set by the office: he taps Clock in on this site.

His location is checked just once. Then: break, a stop at the wholesaler, end of the day. One tap each time.

    You approve the week

All hours arrive "to approve". Anything out of zone or not closed is flagged in red.

You correct with a reason, approve in one click, and send the hours to the payroll office. No more paper sheets to copy out.
